The application is built to the specifications of your business and includes all of the learning and development requirements you are obliged to adhere to according to industry standards, ensuring you are operating a compliant workforce. Assessment and training requirements are assigned to specific roles within your business which will allow the system to deliver triggers for individual employees as and when they need to complete certain elements; this may be relevant to pre-employment, induction or on-going role requirements.
The application can log and display all of the pre-defined training content that senior managers, managers, employees and casual workers are required to sit along with the agreed completion dates, either in single or multiple modules completed individually or as part of a group participation exercise, subject to the training requirements specified. Presentation of individual modules can also be tailored to requirements with the option for assessments to be in multiple choice format or more interactive as part of a competitive game.
Results for each completed exercise will then be delivered and can be analysed as a % pass rate against set criteria. All of this information collectively links to the reporting matrix which will highlight areas of focus for a business; this is beneficial should there be specific requirements for improvement or areas delivering consistently low pass rates. Additional reporting can also be provided to show which questions answered correctly or incorrectly should a more detailed analysis be required.
Papaya understands the dynamics of modern businesses and we work hard to ensure our product is relevant to everyone. An additional benefit of the Mi-Assessment application is that it can be delivered in a wide range of languages ensuring it is accessible to all employees.
Individual modules can be translated for the purpose of completing each one with the added value that the results can then be communicated back in English for the benefit of auditing. This allows a business to deliver consistent analysis into any areas of weakness or for improvement but ensures that in the first instance, all employees will be able to fully understand the purpose and content of the modules and can complete them successfully on this basis.
