Mi-Manager Functionality

Mi-Manager is a web-based management system which provides greater control of less tangible, non-value added areas of a business whilst allowing users the flexibility over how and when they access their information.
 

How is the Mi-Manager system accessed?

The functionality of Mi-Manager provides an excellent tool for all management levels and can work for those who are either office based or mobile in the field. Mi-Manager can be accessed via desktops, laptops, PDAs or smart phones with viewing and editing of information a possibility either from your desk or remotely.

The system is accessed via a secure log-in which will take users to a bespoke dashboard which has been built to the requirements of individual businesses, listing the applications available to them. The dashboard will be centrally updated should additional applications be purchased at a later date.

Mi-Manager is hosted remotely and off-site to any existing IT platforms within a business and is therefore not subject to core system corruption or error that may occur.

What are the reporting capabilities of Mi-Manager?

The reporting output of Mi-Manager is set-up to provide the detail and level of information required by individual businesses, according to the type and sophistication of data you require to support the management of health, safety and risk.

Reporting can be provided in a number of formats in relation to individual employees, specific applications, or business-wide to provide a single view across the organisation.
For some of the applications, managers can also request a snapshot review which is delivered via a matrix using a traffic light system to highlight current status which may include levels of compliance, areas requiring action, tasks to be completed or the green light to show individuals on-track.

Reports can be pre-set to be generated and sent to individual managers on a regular basis or can be requested as required by any user from anywhere. Mi-Manager can also be responsible for the tracking and reporting of KPIs, showing the progress of each against set criteria and providing a current status for wider reporting purposes.
