Mi-Organisation provides a business with a centralised organisational chart which can be implemented and built upon to provide the core source of all individual employee records and personnel information, displaying at its most basic level, the management and reporting structure of the organisation.
The application can be used in preparation for a new employee joining the business to capture their personal details and record any training requirements and issuance of relevant PPE for their role to after they leave the organisation when their records can be stored in archive.
Once in employment, whether it be on a full-time, part-time, permanent or casual basis, the application is used to record on-going information relevant to individuals such as completed training, certificates achieved, accidents or incidents occured and additional PPE or workwear required.
