This comprehensive application supports the issue, management and maintenance of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for every employee, ensuring that every item continues to provide the degree of protection for which it is designed.
The Mi-Safety application allows you to record every piece of PPE used across your business so that you can produce and accurately track an overall maintenance schedule which may include cleaning, examination, replacement, repair and testing. The application can then monitor recommended replacement or re-test periods and be set to provide date triggers to ensure that all o f your kit is compliant and fit for purpose at all times.
The costs associated with the maintenance of PPE are the responsibility of the employer and an additional benefit of the Mi-Safety application is that it will track and monitor costs to provide a cost analysis in relation to the provision and maintenance implications for your business.
Mi-Safety also allows you to support the obligations on your employees in relation to the use and care of PPE by providing the option to work in conjunction with the Mi-Training application. This will allow you to track and validate that all employees are completing the required assessments in relation to the equipment they are using and that they understand how and when it should be used safely.
This application also has the added functionality that allows you to track and monitor the distribution of your work wear, ensuring you have accurate records of which employees have been issued with which work wear specific to their roles.
