Mi-Screening
Mi-Screening is an application which has been developed to support the drug & alcohol and health screening services provided by Papaya and allows you to benefit from a full data management and reporting capability as well as facilitation of the actual services.
The application will hold a complete record of all employees and any screening they have undergone to date along with the results and details of any follow-up or corrective action being taken. You can also use the matrix tool to obtain a snapshot view provided by the traffic light system which will highlight positive or negative results, showing areas of weakness at a high level.
Proactive screening amongst your employees is a step towards identifying and reducing risk within your business and you can further support your risk management by linking Mi-Screening with the Mi-Risk application, providing a total approach to identifying a risk, monitoring that risk and applying corrective action as required.
In relation to health screening, there are a number of compliance requirements on employers in certain industries to ensure the on-going safety and well-being of their workforce including regular testing for hearing, hand and arm vibrations and spirometry. These tests can be input into the Mi-Screening application and scheduled to flag up against relevant employees when they are due for testing or re-testing.
