Mi-Training

The Mi-Training application means that you can identify, monitor and control all elements of your employees’ training requirements, using this information to schedule in-house or external training courses as required. The system allows you to build a training matrix which you can link to a full training calendar meaning that you can review the status of your entire organisation at a glance, using a simple traffic light system.
As all information will be centrally held and accessed, managers will be able to set and review budgets, define targets, schedule courses and store all training documentation including training certificates, attendee sign-in sheets and course attendance records. The application will also send prior notification to managers of when current training expires and scheduled courses that are available so that they can manage the maintenance and upkeep of their team’s training records.
This application can also be used in conjunction with our Mi-Assessment service solution which can be used to actually deliver your training requirements including site inductions, safe working procedures and product training. When used together, the Mi-Training application provides the data management capabilities to facilitate the reporting and control of training delivered via the Mi-Assessment service.
